zan wjs 1265w not starting

I have a problem with a zan wjs1265w which is not starting programs. The interlock light always stays on, although the door can be opened. I changed the interlock and it is still the same. You can select a program, press start and it will beep but not do anything. Can anyone help? 😥

Normally I would be certain the Interlock is at fault? Possibly I would try another? How long after you press ‘Start’ does it beep? ”Cos these machines ‘self check’ before starting and if say the valve or pump was open circuit, it would give an error like this. 😕 Worth a bit of a check around to see I reckon! 😉

Hi that is really helpful, I will check everything. It beeps as you press the button as they normally do. Thanks for your advice 😀

had one of these doing the same thing 😡 banged around for ages ,could’nt find the fault. eventually i took the leads off the pcb ,reconnected and off it went 😯 (worth a try,2 mins)
