    Here are some picture clues.
    😆
This has nothing to do with me. I was just browsing e-bay with a view to trying to get some unsuspecting victim to send me a good drum for 99p, so I could help out a poor single mum.

Probably a sealed drum type with something stuck in it that they can’t get out, it’s a fairly new model so I doubt it’s the drum broken or bearings gone Mike IMHO

Just checked on TDS and it’s a welded drum Mike, production started in 2007

Are those sealed drums known for failing bearings, I don’t think I’ve come across many. It is a 1600 spin though I suppose if it’s had a hard life……

Well, I wasn’t seriously considering going for that one anyway, as I’m pretty sure it couldn’t be used to fix the ZWD12070WI that’s in my in-tray.
Looking at the pics, it appeared to me that the drum lip was too close to the bottom outer lip and there appeared to be some space visible at the top left corner of the “smile” (pic 4). However, I’m not so sure, after looking again at pic 2.
And wrt my customer’s 12070, that’s what I logged in for, as I’m just about to put a query in GTF.
