machine beaks into spin when it likes in wash cycle and even managed to throw top spring off. dont do it all the time i couldnt even get it to do it.
i have checked tacho and rota and stator on motor and all measure ok checked with service manual.
error code is e52. from memory thats no signal from taco.
had main board out all looks ok
does any one have any ideas apart from expensive pcb
i have checked for insulation faults no fault found

Did you give a good old yank on each wire on the motor plug?

yeh pulled plug in an out a couple of times and measured again all ok

If the tacho coil to terminal block reads OK and the connections to it then whip the coil off and check to see it the threaded shaft holding the magnet in place is secure. 💡

have already done that taco and magnet was nice and tight
