Zannussi Aquacyle 1400 fx1465 5 beep/flash end light fault

Power on select program and unit beeps 5 times with end led flashing 5 times and nothing manual only goes up to 4 can you help

motor looks fine and PCb looks like a pcb brushes good ect, windings giving continuity.

I thought there might be a definitionn to 5 beeps to point me in the right direction

Lexotron,

You need to run that by us again by counting the flashes you get from:-

A) = The “End” LED?
B) = The “Start/Pause” LED?

Also please let us have the machines Product Numbers (By the Door seaL)

are you sitting cofortably Martin,

Select any Program,

Single bleep no lights, followed by 5 bleeps with end light 5 flashes.

Apparently you press and hold start pause button and turn program selector clockwise to position one, and the leds will begin to sequence, release the buttons and carry on turning to position 10, this should reveal a fault code.

In my case in position 10 all lights are extinguished.

Gave up waiting had to call zanussi £56 call out charge cheers guys, will post result of call out to save others.

PCB had to be replaced aparently fault code was a motor fault but motor fine, failed part was a trysistor on the pcb showing oc about 80p to relace repair cost 210 pounds.
