Zannussi FJS1225 Fault

Hi all , got a Zanussi FJS1225 , when this machine is on , the door locks takes in water but no motor action and no pump out either , but it counts down on the digital display , no error code showing

tried it on spin only does the same

any ideas

I would look very very closely at the motor if I were you? Tacho included of course! 😉
