    hi the machine starts ok and cottons quick wash but gets to 47 mins remaining and stops for hours adv customer to put a kettle of hotwater when it stops and that moved it on and it done the wash ok is it a heater fault or something else thanks alan

    It certainly has all the markings of the heater not working I guess? Although that would normally throw up an error code E61 or some such?

    Check to make sure the wash pump is working too. 😉
