HI i need help with a washer dryer,its not drying clothes
ive checked the heater its ok getting correct ohms reading,
the heater is heating i cleaned out the plastic chamber that leads into the fan on top off machine there was some build up of fluff but not much.
I did notice it took a while for motor that drives the fan to start turning,What i mean is the heater would be very hot before it started.should it start straight away,I think it is spinning very slow
as when i took belt off the fan the drive pulley connected to motor spins very fast but when reconected to fan it does not spin as fast could this be the problem need advice please, 🙁

Moved to correct forum, it does sound like the dryer fan is seizing, not uncommon.

You need to give us the full Pnc or product number from the rating plate TBH, it starts with 914******

THIS is the unit you are likely to need if yours has the small pulley on top of the fan unit.

Hi the one one this machine is all white plastic,do you think this is the problem iadom .should this be spinning fast .when you spin by hand its not hard to spin but when belt is put on it definetly does not spin as fast as the drive pulley,

Unless the belt is very slack it is nearly always the fan assembly that needs changing.
