hello all, my oven door is damaged beyond repair and out of guarantee, I’m waiting for a call back from the service centre but I just wondered if it was possible to get hold of proprietry oven doors if I’m unable to get an original part and if so where from? and also where to try (apart from Zanussi to get an orginal one from.

It’s highly unlikely anything but the original will fit, you also won’t be able to buy a whole door, each part is seperately supplied.

If you can pop up the PNC (product code) beginning with 949….. I can check availablity for you, there are 6 versions of this oven.

forgive my naivety, but where do I get the number from? I only have the manual which seems to be a generic one applying to all ‘360s, is it written somewhere on the oven?

No problem 🙂

It should be around the door frame area on the rating plate, essentially it denotes the colour/style so if you can’t find it, that may narrow it down a bit.

OK, here’s everything to make the door up apart from the screws which should be re-usable from the old one:

Inner door – 357 83 39-11/5 – £29.18
Outer glass – 357 82 95-74/7 – £45.56
Hinges – 358 19 05-49/8 – £7.82 each
Door brackets (inside door) – 353 01 84-03/9 and 353 01 84-04/7 – £3.36 each
Door handle – 355 40 52-02/1 – £14.38
Door handle spacers – 354 30 15-10/5 – £3.53 each

All the prices inc VAT, depending on what parts are actually required the carriage will vary due to the weight but expect somewhere between £10 and £20.
