    PLease could you advise me on how to get access to the Zanussi IZ 16 S Drain pump to enable me to remove it and replace it. I have tried to access it from underneath but no luck. Thanks

    Power off!
    The appliance splits in 1/2 if you cant access pump from underneath, top off, screws on either side at top near where springs hang, 2 hidden screws bottom of each side, 2 or 3 bottom of rear. Water pipe can be disconnected after turning off valve, lift up solenoid & water feeder & pull out back. Pump should be the type that turns 1/4 turn anti-clockwise after releasing locking clip.
