    Can anyone help?
My WJS 1265W is leaking water from the front (small puddle). I have removed the top and cannot see where it is coming from. I have since noticed when the drum is filling water is entering from the hose which enters at the top of the door where the heater duct is. I have never seen this before and I thought it was a breather hose of some sort. While it was filling I pinched each of the 3 hoses from the water solenoid pack but the water still flowed! Any ideas please

Check the bottom of the door seal, pull out the folds and you may find a hole there

The door seal looks ok – there was a small amount of water in the folds and I cannot see any splits etc. What do you think about where the water enters the drum – it is like a small waterfall from the front. As I said I have not seen it enter here before (may just not have noticed though).
The last time it completed its cycle there was water running down the front from the seam above the door and soap dish area!

Make sure the jets above the dispenser are clean. A toothbrush is a good way to clean them. I would also peel the door seal back and check for sure that there are no splits in it

I think (hope) you are spot on. The jet water inside I can see is not entering the machine but appears to be recycled to mix and clean? The conditioner drawer was bunged up. I have scrubbed everything out and am now doing a hot wash with nothing in except soap to clean it all out. Fingers crossed.

Another good tip is to get a length of small hose ( pressure switch size ) and put over each of the holes and blow through them
