    customer tells me a cycle was running, there son turned machine off, since then machine has gone dead…socket and fuses ok…dont know this machine well…any ideas please. John

    When you say dead, I assume you mean no display, cannot run diagnostic etc.

    If so, sounds like the control board is bow locksed.

    There was a rumour going round at some point that if you turned one off during spin it was enough to kill it.
