ZANUSSI 16070 JUST DRAINS

I HAVE A ZANUSSI ZWF16070 THAT JUST DRAINS CONSTANTLY WHEN TURNED ON ANY PROG, DOES NOT FILL ON WASH AND THE DRUM DOES NOT TURN EVEN ON SPIN, THERE IS NO WATER IN THE DRUM EITHER, ANY IDEAS PLEASE

would need full model to look it up and the pnc number if poss

has you machine got an anti flood float in the bottom of the case and is there water in there. ?

Product number 914521429 00 it does not have float in base,
model zwf 16070w type HI946661

I take it the minute you turn it on the pump just runs

if yes sound like its a board fault

when you start a programme does the pump start immediately or take a few seconds

also if your machine has no display are any of the light flashing in a sequence ( ie 6 flashes then a pause and repeat )
