    got a machine in the other day 13 months old blown control pcb on the drain pump side, i used to work for service force so though i would call electrolux and ask for a replacment board as this was just one month out of garantee after 10 emails back and forth was told that they would suppy a new board but only if i pay for a service force engineer to come out and fit it this they would not budge on.
    it make me sick.

    How much would they then charge you for their call I wonder? £65 or so?

    speaking to my mate in service force they are charging around £78 including vat at the mo when i wasz there at aztec about 3 years ago they were cvharging £61.10 make all the rest of us look positivly cheap.
