Zanussi 6120p totally dead

HI – I wonder if someone can help.
I have a Zanussi 6120P washer that has completely died. No lights at all. I am getting 240V at the input to the main PCB, so know power is getting to the washer.
I am guessing it is either the main PCB or the control panel that has failed – neither of which seems a cheap fix!, but I can’t see any obvious signs of failure on either board.

Does my diagnosis seem reasonable?

what you say is possible. one of the boards will have a power supply to provide power for all the electronics. its not unheard of for this to fail. you will not be able to see this unless you know what your looking for

make sure your getting live and neutral to the board as a neutral break would stop it but would still look like there is power to the board to the untrained eye

tried to look up machine but the model you provide is not listed so would need the pnc number

the problem will probably lie in the main control board. the one behind the panel is just a user interface
some engineers can open these boards and check and repair the power supply

Thanks. Theres a used one on ebay at the mo for £18 so may give that a punt.
