looking for advice ..some small screws have gone between the front of the drum (not in drum) and have got caught between the front of drum and the plastic tub…I am asking if there is any way of removing them, apart from removing & splitting the tub.
It will run but jams after a while..

Is the gap between the drum wide enough to get a magnetic screwdriver bit through it?

Tape a magnetic bit (Very securely) onto a ty-wrap & go fishing…

I have had success with that & also carefully bending the lip of the drum up with some swan necks, but make sure you advise the customer first of the risks…

take a thick piece of card or carpet about a foot square. along one edge cut out a slot about 3 inch wide by 7 inch deep slide this in the front of the drum at the 6 o,clock position. slowly revolve the drum and card together until the card is at 12 o,clock.the screw or whatever usually drops into your hand.
