    Hi,

    I always order the genuine element, part number DST3871425108 (2.4kw) and they always arrive with an earth fault. Usually it is well below 1meg. It doesn’t matter where I order them from, but it always seems to be the case.
    Does anyone else have the same issue?.

    Does it come in a bag with Electrolux hologramed label? I don’t have experience of this particular element but distributors sometimes try to pass non-gen “grey” imports as genuine, particular with volume sellers such as elements.

    Having said that, I had a problem with low insulation on a genuine Electrolux dishwasher element for a 22 year old slimline dishwasher – simply very old stock.

    Hi,
    I have ordered them from connect and Qualtex and both have the same issue.
    The ones from connect arrive in a bag with the Electrolux label on them.
