are you sure about the number of flashes as 11 comes up with power supply problems voltage too high or low or frequency wrong
take it you are on a British electric supply as this is the sort of fault we expect when people export British appliances

and it is 11 flashes
unless the socket your plugged into is faulty looks like the board is faulty and detecting a fault that’s not there

Yes 11 flashes we have tried all different combinations of pressing start/pause button and options buttons with rotations on the dial checked all viable connections and checked pump is clear. The inlets have been checked too

Thank you for that. 😀
11 flashes refers to it not filling. So, either the stopcock is shut off or inlet filter needs cleaning or the inlet valve is faulty?

How do I clear the inlet filter and if this is the cause will the light stop flashing or will it need a reset

Turn the water off, remove the inlet hose and check the fine mesh filter is clear, if not pull it out and clean. Meanwhile place hose in a bucket, turn on stopcock to confirm water is flowing. If those two checks pass OK then it could mean that the water inlet valve has failed.
However, that 11 flash error should not prevent you being able to set the machine working on a ‘spin only’ cycle. You might want to check that also. 😉

unfortunately I think martin may have got things a bit wrong. I also saw you had already posted the PNC number in your first post
it is true fault E11 is a fill fault but it would not present with 11 flashes it would present with 1 flash for error 1?
your fault on the other hand is one of 3 faults EB1 EB2 or EB3 which flashes 11 times for B. ie error B?
so I stand by my previous post unless someone else has another ideaDave

Thanks guys we are going to look at the filter tomorrow and if this is not the cause I guess I will be searching Freecycle this weekend.
Will keep you posted on the outcome and let you know if I need anything more
