zanussi aquasave zd694, no water going in!

Help!!!!
Stupidly :rolls: I let my husband use the dishwasher over christmas and it now won’t work! The dial goes around and it makes noises but the water won’t go in. I have checked that nothing inside is blocked and the wast pipe is ok. What should I do next? 😕
