    HI,
    Can anyone let me know what could cause error code AL5, It seems to be that no water is enteing the dishwasher, but the inlet solanoid valve seems to be opening (it does if you actuate it off the machine.)

    AL5 as you have discovered relates to “Fill time-out” 🙁

    Usually associated with either a faulty fill matrix, flood safety system activated, blocked inlet filters, insufficient water pressure, central filter clogged etc etc.

    Those are the likely things to check and I would recommend you call in an expert before getting yourself into trouble on this one. We may have someone that covers your area and you can contact directly for advice. (See link below)
