If you have an account with Connect then Mediator comes up on makes and models where parts diagrams and tech info are available. With Zanussi they have some information based on the former ‘TDS offline’ DVD. Not ideal by any means and way out of date very often but better than a smack in the gob with a wet fish! 😈

I do have an account with connect.
I’ve heard of this “mediator” mentioned on here before but how do you access it on Connect?

Home – left menu> appliance type > make > choose model > press go > page with tabs, “all parts” / “mediator”.

PS http://www.electrolux.co.uk has all parts lists and explodeds online but you don’t get pictures :rolls: .
