    customer complaint was E10 fault.
on first test all apeared fine. entered diagnostics, last error was E12
(too long to reach fill level on dryer cycle). checked solinoid ok,
when the drying cycle is started there is power to valve and water does trickle through as normal, after about one minute the heater and fan switches on but the power to valve switches off and stays off. the power to valve comes from the module which appears to be at fault, any ideas if anything else could be affecting the operation as it always works until the the heater fan comes into circuit. i have tested both elements and they seem ok including insulation.
i have that horrible feeling if i order in that expensive module the fault is still going to be there.

First thing I would do is take the rear panel off, check and clean the condenser and test the dryer NTC in the bottom condenser hose. Although the triple valve appears to work OK I would change that, plug it all back in and see if it works OK. With E10 faults it’s almost always the valve followed by blocked condenser and dodgy NTC.

If non of the above work then take a real close look at the power board for damage?
