    ZDC67550W

    Machine stops after 5 min during heating.

    Sorry havnt got pnc number, but its the one without the LCD screen, it shows the fault codes by flashing the red and green LED’S.

    To access the codes you press and hold start button and button to left to reveal last code.

    Does anyone have the fault codes for this machine?

    What code is it then? E52 motor E62 heater for starters but there’s quite a few. count the red flashes for the first number and the green flashes for the second number of the code.

    Can’t find info for this model but if you’ve a Connect account you should be able to use info from ZWD16581W in mediator. It has same system as your model. Hope it helps.

    what information in Mediator? all I get is a few photos of parts. Just out of curiosity as I have pro corner access. can forward details if required. PM me your email address.

    Search “by brand” in left column. Select Zanussi, scroll down to model and select second model down with pnc number. Scroll down to guide to diagnostics and click “view here in pdf”

    Unfortunatly I am not lucky enough to have access to pro-corner.

    What is mediator?, I have a account with connect but I cant see anything related to this.

    pro corner is the Electrolux tech info access site. can only access if you spend £1000 with lux per year which i think is high and beyond me
