ZANUSSI COOKER DOES NOT TURN ON AFTER USING 2 PLATES ?? ?NCE

Hi everybody,
YESTERDAY WE WE’RE COOKING ON THE 2 HOT PLATES (AT ONCE) OF OUR COOKER/OVEN ZANUSSI ZANZCS6642. SUDDENLY IN COUPLE OF MINUTES THE PLATES HAVE STOPPED TO HEAT AT ALL AND AFTER THAT MOMENT COOKER/OVEN JUST DOES NOT TURN ON…
MAYBE ITS BECAUSE OF USING 2 PLATES SIMULTANEOSLY…
DOES ANYONE CAN SHARE IDEA WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM, PLEASE?
I CAN UPLOAD PICTURES MAYBE IT WILL HELP

One of the hotplates will have caused the consumer board fuse to go or RCD to trip!

By the way…….Caps Lock OFF please…..no need to shout! 😉 😀

What can I do more to define the exact problem, eventually does it worth to replace these parts or it is too expensive (the oven is from 2004)

They’re cheap enough to take a punt on, all listed here…

Easy enough to replace as well although getting into them can sometimes be a challenge.

We found where the problem is:
There where a short circuit in the power plug which caused a burn of the brown power cable.
