Zanussi Cooker problem… please help

Hi all,

New to this forum.

I own a Zanussi freestanding cooker model ZCE 7701X.

Problem is bottom oven does not warm up. When i was cooking i seen a flash inside the oven, and then it went dead. No heat at all.

The fan and bulb is still working and the top oven works fine.

Not sure if i need a new element or thermostat.

Christmas coming and gotta fixed, the Mrs will kill me if not lol

Any advice would be appreciated.

Power off at all times when investigating.
