    Hi all.

DA6141 (IWMS type) wasn’t draining so I cleaned out the large hockey stick tube and smaller flexible tube at the bottom (there’s info on a different post if anyone needs it). Had to do this a few years back but had no problems after reassembly.

Now it’s filling partially but there’s no heat. Stepping the controller manually will allow drawer to open and circulate water (still trying to find the drain position to check the original fault has cleared).

Can the experts give me some pointers? Location of thermostat or similar? Is there a float/limit switch to sense water depth? Water isn’t quite covering the element.

    Thanks
    John.

Stripped it down again, water flowing around the IWMS (observed from a safe distance with only LHS cover removed).

Motor at rear centre (drain/circulation pump?) is buzzing? Anyone know how to strip this out? Removed rear plastic covers and motor bracket but can’t see how it’s attached to the pump.

    Thanks,
    John.
