I have been out to this about 6 times, the problem is the pressure switch keeps sticking and this allows the heater to come on without water in. If you take the pipe of the pressure switch it releases I cant find any blockage in the system although there is a bit of resistent when you blow through the pipe. you can connect it all back up it will work for couple of weeks then problem comes back. please help.

Fill matrix will be partly choked.

15246240-03/6 will fix it, around £40 from most wholesalers.

a few years back i had a zanussi with one of those “poggs”in the presure chamber i visited it as engineer no8 coz it had been with 2 preure switches 2 timers and i had a cutomer with a very red face …….on very close inspection i found this “pogg” in the chamber, removed and tested it and hey presto! all fixed it cost the firm about £300 in wasted parts and all for something we could have charged the customer for. as it was a warranty call……….. 😀
