zanussi dce 5655 dishwasher occasionally stops mid cycle

hi. im looking for opinions of what could be wrong with this zanussi dce 5655 benchtop dishwasher.
it occasionally stops mid cycle after working fine for 3 or 4 times.
i suspect the pcb, as i soldered the dry solder joints on the heater relay on the pcb. but it is still not functioning all the time.
other opinions of engineers who have experienced this model with the same fault would be appreciated.
i am out of pocket with this job, but determined to find out the fault.
i want to avoid purchasing a pcb cos there expensive just to eliminate the fault, if it isnt that, then the customer will naturally not be very happy with spending on a pcb to find out its not the fault.

press button 1 and 3 (from left) whilst switching on and you will enter diagonstics……pressing 1 again you will get diagnostic code in a number of bleeps …i’e 1 bleep = I10 no fill, 2 bleeps = I20 poor pump and so on and on!

suspect you have a poor pump causing timeouts…….

when you say time outs with the pump, what does that mean?
