Dave’s right, it is a 2004 week 11 so presumably you would have bought it mid 2004 making it just over 18 months old.

It might, just might be worth speaking to zanussi & explaining your situation, you will need to find your original purchase receipt and although its out of its first year guarantee you have nothing to lose but the cost of the phone call.

As for changing the pump yourself – forget it, I’ve done a couple and its fiddly – particularly the hose clips.
