ParticipantI have had this appliance for around 4 years now and only had one problem (detergant in a pot i was washing) it got stuck on drain and after tipping it (reset) it worked no worries.
Today I went to use it as normal, It starts up fine lights all ok and blade is spinning inside, after a few minutes it moves onto constant drain and the lights on the front go out. If I tip to reset it goes along again for a few minutes more then jumps to constant drain. I checked the water and it is freezing.
Is there mayube a blockage (but water empties no problem) is it the element??
Im Hoping someone here could point me in the right direction.
Thankyou in advance
camel.

Hi.
The anti flood device has triggered because you have a leak.

Lots of places these little blighters can leak from. Worth getting the base panel off and setting it up on a couple of blocks and seeing where the water is coming from.
Power off for anything other than observation.

All that happens is the water pools in the base, raises the polystyrene float, switches microswitch, supplies permanent feed to drain pump.
Not neccessarily leaking onto electronics. Could be a loose hose clip or softener nut. Could be a split in something. Could be blocked air chamber causing overfill. Investigation will be required.
