Zanussi DCS 12W – Tabletop Dishwasher Not Draining

I just got this second hand from a friend who said she’d had no problems with it at all. I’ve used it twice and it won’t drain at the end of the cycle. I’ve checked the instruction manual and other posts in this forum. There doesn’t seem to be any blockage, water heats fine, washes ok etc. Any ideas please?

Presumably the drain pump is blocked or has failed. The panel underneath can be removed to access the drain pump.

Power off first.

Do I remove the panel from the inside or by turning the thing upside down please? Thanks

Pop a couple of towels down and lay it on its side is probably the easiest way.
