    I have a Zanussi DCS12W and having a problem.
It seems to be stuck on pumping out. Ive checked and the water is going out ok.
Have tried leaving it unplugged for a while and made sure everything i can get to is cleaned. Tried moving the dial round to advance the program and the ‘running’ light only shows at parts of the program. The dial does still move by itself, but continously tries to pump out.
    Any ideas? 🙄

Ah, the table top job. Pull the plug, gently tip the machine back to about 25 degrees and mop up the water which runs out of the base. Next, check that the locking ring around the neck of the salt container cap (not the cap itself) is absolutely tight – they are so and soes for leaks in that area.

If it does it again, get some pro help – check Directories or Repairs@ for an engineer in your area.

Ensure plug is pulled before doing anything……….

Just had the same problem with my recently purchased Zanussi DCS12W dishwasher – thanks to Google and this site I’ve managed to fix the problem, so thought I’d sign up and say THANKS! 😀

For future readers (and those who keep bringing this old ‘un back to life), do not use tablets in this machine – you are over-dosing it by a factor of three. Tablets are meant for full sized, 12 setting machines and will froth like crazy. These little baby ones should only ever be run on powder, with a very reduced dose.
