Zanussi DCS14W – rotted little wheel brackets on rack

Anyone know a cheap way to replace the little plastic brackets that hold the wheels onto the dish rack. The plastic brackets have “rotted” away and the rack now catches on the rotor. Any answers to

The basket runners come complete at £5.65 each inc VAT, not all that expensive really. Add £3.50 for postage as well.
