    The washing phase lights flashes indicating an inlet bloackage. Checked hoses are
    clear and not kinked. Sometimes it will do a partial cycle and then stop with
    washing phase light flashing. What could it be?

    This sounds like the classic problem with the IWMS set up. This is a matrix moulding on the side of the dishwasher whose function is is to distribute the incoming water to the different parts of the dishwasher. Over time, it collects sludge and food detritus, leading to the exact symptoms you have described. The only proper repair is to replace the IWMS assembly; a job best left to a professional I’m afraid to say.
