Zanussi DE6744 – cycle never ends

Ive inherited a zanussi dishwasher from my sister (it had intermittent (now solved?) door closure problems).

I’ve run the Economy cycle with “half load option” but the cycle never ends (ie 5 + hours).

The water seems hot. The hose seems unblocked? Has the pump failed? (how can I check?)

If a sensors gone, any repairs will be £100+? so I’m tempted to bin it?

Shame – I’ve just spend £25 on new tray rollers!

Any last ditch ideas?

Try it on a normal cycle, it may be that those two options can’t be selected at the same time.
