Zanussi DE6744 – Flashing Steam light

hi hope someone knows what needs to be done to resolve this issue 😀

the washer goes through the first clean cycle and runs for at leasdt 30 minutes, however the steam light then flashings with the programe selected (e.g. if you select normal or intensive wash, that will flash with the steam light)

I’ve cleaned out the filters and underneath from the inside the washer. not sure what else i should check, or what i can do to get access to whatever the issue is.

Ive checked the manual, but theres no reference to the steam light flashing.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What does the steam light symbol show?

Is it water droplets?

This could mean that the rinse aid compartment is emtpy.

hi the steam cycle is the zanussis active drying cycle.

“Drying phase
illuminates when the drying phase is
running”
