M/c sprang a leak – hose out of heater to pipe up to top sprayarm and stopped with flod prot leds flashing. Whipped the covers off and switched on, worked and found leak. Tried a bit of LSX silicone as a temp repair, tipped it over enough to check heater just in case. OK. Tried again, m/c worked but silicone failed. Switched off and replaced hose / pipe assy.

Now m/c starts, tries to pump out (if I pour water into the dishwasher it does pump out) and after about 1 1/2 mins goes to flood protection lockout. Does not fill and no mains volts on water fill solenoid. There’s no sump on this m/c – the split hose was on the rhs above the floor and all the water went on the floor. I have tried tipping it on its lhs almost to the floor and as far as I can see there is no hidden sump. (Am I right?) The IWMS network looks very clean – no black gunk anywhere.

Is there a reset code I need to enter or am I looking at a mechanical / electrical issue?

    Thanks, Hopper

theres no reset code but if the float sswith is ok then you could check to see if the valve has locked out. next to the valve is a small pink hose remove the white cap and release any water thats in it then remove the small clear hose on the valve itself to release any pressure and refit
