Hi there
Can you please advise what the likely cause of my fault is? The machine washes fine, drains fine but then gets stuck at what I presume is the end of the wash cycle. The inside gets very hot and there is a constant humming noise – but the light says it is still in the wash cycle, and not the dry cycle. This has happened now repeatedly and on a number of different programmes. I can stop the programme in the usual way (press and hold the programme button).
Is this the control board that has gone? Or a thermostat not working?
