    Hello,

I’ve had this dishwasher a few years and because I’m always using the “normal” wash, the button has got worn out and is now stuck in the on position. I would guess I’m outside the warranty, so can anyone tell me:

Does the swicth need to be replaced? I presume it’s spring-loaded and the spring has failed?

If so, are the switches expensive?

And finally, if I do have to change the switches, is this something a member of the public can DIY?

    Thanks.

    I hope you’re sitting down…….

If the buttons in the control panel are broken, you need to replace the entire control panel complete – about £60.

If it’s the touch controls of the display boards themselves, you need to replace the pcbs – about £65.

Plus VAT and postage – spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will be able to supply if required.

    Regards,
    Penguin45.
