zanussi des 959 fault code AL5(S?)

Hi

Wondered if anyone could let me know what to do about the above fault code.

(Yes..i’ve tried turning it off & on again ❗ …that’s as far as my knowledge goes 🙁 )

No fill detected in the time allowed.

Water may turned off, fill hose trapped or kinked, inlet valve failed,flood protection activated or IWMS choked.

Thanks for that.

I’ve had a look and tried to clear the pipes etc…now it’s making really wierd noises& comes up with AL6!

Could someone suggest someone who could look at it for me please.

I am in Exeter.
