Hi,
I’ve got a turn of the century Zanussi DES959 dishwasher (label says 911886007). As a side note, I have to say I’m not impressed with Zanussi quality – their plastics aren’t that strong, front panel of the dishwasher developed a huge crack right across and had to be replaced, had problems with plastic shelves in a Zanussi fridge-freezer, etc.
My problem now is a small plastic stub sticking through the bottom of my dishwaher. :rolls: Sorry I can’t really describe it any better, on the linked pic this part is in a red circle.

This stub became loose and threatening to fall off.
I’d appreciate any help with the identification of the part and the right name for it so I could try to source a spare online.
Also, can anyone please tell me what’s the purpose of this stub. Do you think I could damage my dishwasher – I’m afraid grease and food pieces can get through that loose fitting and straight into the inner guts of the dishwasher.
Thanks 🙂
