Zanussi di220/75 as stated, tried fridge stat. with no result before discovering on Connections it has a freezer stat too…..
Before heaving this integrated monster out 😳 has someone got an obvious answer?
Fridge seems to behave but with fridge on max, freezer doesn’t cool much below zero. Frost free fan works. Thanks.

I would think the freezer has a load of ice formed around the evaporator restricting the air flow. The fridge is a standard wet wall and doesn’t rely on air from the freezer.

No freezer control thermostat either, only the defrost control one’s 🙂

    thanks for the reply Dave.
I was only guessing there must have been a freezer stat because Connect seem to list four different stats online?…
The freezer isn’t blocked with ice, I’ve checked, and the customer has defrosted. Any further clues???

System problem then I would think, low on gas or the compressor may be failing.
