    client says unit is not heating up hence wet pots after cycle

    are we looking at heating element or other circuit problem

    as its fullt integrated and floor tiles not under unit, would like to know
    before struggling to remove to investigate further

    1st place i would look at is pcb for dry joint ?

    try looking at module in door for dry joint on board

    hi thanks for tips regarding relay on pcb

    sod laws says it never is the first thing you thought it was

    removed unit..240 volts at heater termionals after pre was

    heater nearly open circuit on megger test

    so conclusion in line heater

    now the best bit HOW IS IT REMOVED without seperating base unit from cabinet…tried long nose right angle pliers on clips..you cant get deep enough to remove sump clips and circulation pump clips

    is ther a short cut to removal of element

    or method of removal

    If you mean without access to bottom by pulling it out, then I think you’re asking the impossible. Difficult enough with machine on it’s side and baseplate off.

    i was trying to avoid spitting base from cabinet
    as there is no access into base area other than restricted from the sides

    doe this model seperate like bosch units
