I have a customer who tells me their ZDI6503 Dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes as well as it did, now bear with me as my regular guy who does dishwashers is off at the moment so apologies if i am asking the obvious!
I cant find anything up with it, it fills, drains and heats the water up, it goes the full distance of the program and is sparkly clean inside. The only thing i can see amiss is that it has quite a build up of scale, now this is something we do not see often up here but this customer has his own private water supply and goes through kettles at the rate of one every couple of months, would this have any bearing? Or any other thoughts?
