    I have a three year old Zanussi dishwasher dws 909. The machine finishes the programme but when the door is opened the base of the machine is full of water. I checked the obvious i.e. filter, outlet pipe, drain pipe and all are ok. Any help would be appreciated.

    Most likely is the impellors on the pump/motor or the pump itself on these.

    Power off if investigating :zap: or better still ask an engineer as these aren’t easy to work on to be honest, check Repairs@ for one 🙂

    Further to the symptoms that I described earlier. I forgot to mention that the machine appears to empty and refill during the wash cycle. Whether it completely empties I am not sure. Is it still likely to be the pump as I definately see water being pumped out during the cycle.

    I am looking to buy the impelor unit for a Zanussi dishwasher. Two of the fins are broken off the original unit.
    The dishwasher is a DWS 909. The product number is 911831019. Can you supply the unit? or details of where I can source one?
