    This machine is 2 years old. Customer says it’s not heating. checked heater for continuity and meggerd it. seems ok. 240 volts going to it. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Hi, did you test the heater from the plug?
    Sorry if its too silly an idea but it’s tempting to clamp the leads on the heater direct on these elements, done it myself.

    I have had one of these too. A new module sorted it.

    Had one last week, a blob of solder on the module heater relay contact did the trick. 🙂
