    Hi all,

    Have a Zanussi dishwasher ZDF2020

    Serial number 02198641
    PNC 91151910103

    Customer is using 30 mins short cycle and machine keeps running – over an hour. Everything testing ok.

    Anyone know of any known faults of this type with this model?

    Everything tested o.k??
    Did the heater come on?
    Did it drain o/k?
    Is there a leak to base?

    Known faults on this machine is not heating, but i’m presuming as you have stated that “Everything testing o.k” that this has been checked. Longer times can be down to poor water pressure(kinked pipe for instance), poor draining because of blockage in pipework or filters, poor pump performance, failing pump etc.
