    Hi all
    Anyone help with this..
When turned on it makes a faint clicking from the board area and only the BIO led flashing, you can’t select any progs. Also after a while the clicking stops and the BIO light stays on but still unable to select prog.
The customer did say that for a while it would eventually start working.
I’m looking at a board fault but as this costs £100 I would appreciate a second or third opinion.

    Thanks
    Brian

Have you removed and reconnected this module to eradicate possible bad edge connections? If they are OK, then the PCB could be generating a fault code – so just for reference:-
Fault code diagnostic lights lit (left to right) L1 to L5:-

L1 – time out on fill.

L2 – excess time between empty and subsequent refilling ie: blocked pressure system.

L1 and L2 together – motor inoperative or blocked (excess current drawn).

L3 – temperature sensor open or short – circuit. Sensor range between -5c and 80c. Resistance of sensor should measure between 209.2K ohms and 5.3K ohms.

L4 – time out on heating cycle.

L5 – time out on drain.

If the above all checks out OK, the PCB has snuffed it. 🙁

    Hope that helps,

    Steve.

remove pcb you will probably see a dry solder joint or burnt patch on casing where a solder joint has failed you can re solder and away you go 😛 look in the area of main relay 😛
