    Anyone had this fault?
Machine starts to drain but will not fill. Valve circ pump pressostats heater etc all ok. Even had the front off for broken wires.
Don’t know if there is a test program.
No flashing lights to show an error.

The fill control systems are the first point of call on these machines.

    Hi,

I’ve just been out to the exact same machine as this one, with the same symtoms. It starts emptying and then goes dead, lights stay on as though working fine, no flashing lights. First port of call was the water valve but its reading fine. Checked everything else possible. It isnt the usuall type of zanussi with the decalcifier unit which gets guncked up, its the newer version.

Everything tells me its the pcb. No visable signs of damage though. All i seem to do on zanussi machine these days are pcb’s.

If sparkyp fixed the job and is still around on this site any chance you can tell me how you got on.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers

Just to fill you all in on this fault. I ordered a pcb for it at a hunch after checking valve and pressure switch and its worked a treat.
I seem to be getting more and more electrical problems (PCB) with Zanussi nowadays. Personally i think the quality has come downhill rapidily over the last 5/6 years. I used to recomend Zanussi if a customer asked me my advice, but not a chance now.

Thanks for your ongoing help guys.
