Zanussi Door lock problem

Hi all, we have a Zanussi ZWX1605W (PNC 91451727000) that we have a real problem with 😥 ! When you turn it on, select programme, the door lock operates, then unlocks, then locks, then unlocks etc so the m/c keeps clicking. Then, the LED flashes on END. We have replaced: PCB, door lock, pressure switch, motor, pump and water inlet valve 😯 , still not cured 😥 . Has anyone come across this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

i don’t think that the welsh team are involved with this problem, they seem to have enough to worry about… :rolls:
however..i’ve had this clicking interlock fault recently and came to the conclussion that it is a failed timer..or broken/poor connection somewhere. checked wiring all seemed ok and as the customer was not prepared to pay for a timer i left it with him…not very conclusive i know but we can’t win them all.

If you just turn it “on” without any further operation what is happen?

did 1 today. exact same fault 😕 fitted new door intrlock, and away it went 8)

I’ve had one off these, did you let it finish wash?, fitted door lock though all was okay. 4 washes later same fault , control board faulty changed it all okay.
