zanussi door seal

I’ve taken off a damaged door seal on my zanussi wdj 1294/a washer/dryer. I think I can see how the new one fits but how do you get the the inner edge of the seal onto the drum and fit the wire spring?

Mike,

You have got a right tricky job there and no mistake. Impossible for an inexperienced person to do in all honesty!!!

Unless of course you have 3 hands, can I suggest you contact a local engineer to fit it for you. Check to see if we have one in your area here :-

A lot of patience is required here Mike.

It will go on, you just need (or it appears that way) 3 pairs of hands.
